Terms of service
The Bardon Bowls Club Inc. is committed to providing a safe, relaxed and enjoyable environment where Club members and their guests can meet and socialise responsibly.
Bardon Bowls Club practises the Responsible Service of Alcohol at all times and reserves the right to refuse service to any patron who appears unduly intoxicated , behaves in a disorderly manner , or is unable to provide valid identification when requested. Patrons must comply with all reasonable staff directions. Failure to do so may result in removal from the premises and/or a ban from the Club. Staff may also refuse service to, or remove, any patron displaying anti -social, unsafe or disruptive behaviour. The Club is committed to providing a safe, respectful and welcoming environment for all members, guests and visitors.
To visit and to become a member of the club:
• You accept and acknowledge Terms and Conditions of Bardon Bowls Club and of any third - party supplier including the clubs House Policy, behaviour, RSA, respect of grounds and club house and any damages orbreakages .
• Children under 18 must be fully supervised at all times, including the club house , the bathrooms and the grounds .
Conduct of Members and Guests
• All members and guests shall abide by the Anti Bullying and Harassment Policy of the Club.
• No member or guest shall abuse, berate, or argue with any Manager or Staff member whilst in his or her course of duty within the Club premises or any location that be deemed the workplace.
• Club members and guests shall at all times while in the club premises, conduct themselves in an orderly and proper manner and shall abide by any direction by Management. Offenders may be dealt with as per the constitution. Insobriety, blasphemy or obscenity will not be tolerated. Management may refuse to serve any persons who appears intoxicated or is creating a nuisance. The offender may be asked to leave the premises and that re - entry may not be permitted until the matter is dealt with by the Management Board. Subject to the Liquor Act 1992 .
• The club is for Members and their guests. All function and party organisers must be a member and are responsible for their guests.
