The Bardon Bowls Club Inc. will provide a safe and friendly atmosphere for community members to meet and socialise in a responsible environment.

To visit our become a member of the club:

• You accept and acknowledge Terms and Conditions of Bardon Bowls Club and of any third-party supplier including the clubs House Policy, behaviour, RSA, respect of grounds and club house and any damages or

breakages.

• Children under 18 must be fully supervised at all times, especially in the club house and the bathrooms.

The club is for Members and their guests. All function and party organisers must be a member and are responsible for their guests.

• The club is officially not a self-catering venue. We have food trucks on site Thursday to Sunday. All food trucks are listed on our website and we can put you in touch with them should you wish to arrange your catering or your guests can purchase from the truck directly. Catering boxes also available from

Gerbino’s, also listed on our website. If you would like to bring in a small amount of light nibbles, a platter or similar, this is acceptable but we ask that you keep this to a minimum as this does impact the food trucks. Excessive amounts of food and UBER eats etc is not allowed. Birthday cakes are welcomed and you may put into the club cold room. Please box securely and clearly name. See the bar staff when you arrive.

• Tables may be decorated but all decorations and rubbish must be cleared away and disposed of prior to departure. Cleaning fees may apply. No streamer poppers, glitter, confetti, pinatas or lolly wrappers please.

• We are a fully licensed venue and as such all drinks including soft drinks and poppers must be purchased from the bar. No BYO drinks of any kind.

• CHILDREN AND DOGS ARE WELCOME ON THE CHILDREN'S GREEN BUT NOT PERMITTED ON THE BOWLING GREEN AT ANY TIME.

• The club is beautifully positioned in the heart of Bardon, and we ask that you please respect our neighbours when you leave. We hope that you enjoy the relaxing atmosphere of the club.
